Remodeling & construction
in Northwest Florida.
Roofing is our specialty, but it isn't all Whitrock does. For nearly 40 years we've handled commercial construction, interior and exterior remodeling, storm restoration, and property improvements across the Florida panhandle, from Pensacola to Panama City.
Takes about a minute. Fast response, no obligation.
A general contractor that started on the roof.
Plenty of roofers stop at the roofline. We hold a Florida general contractor's license alongside the roofing one, which means we can take a project past the shingles and into the framing, the interior, and the addition you've been putting off.
That matters most after a storm. When wind drives water past the roof, the damage rarely stays up top. Having both licenses under one roof lets us restore the whole property on a single claim instead of handing you off to a second contractor halfway through.
Same crews, same estimates that match the final invoice, same people answering the phone. The roof was just where we started.

The work we do beyond the roof.
The roofing side runs as its own dedicated division. Everything else carries the same standard: real estimates that match the final invoice, crews who show up, and a phone number that picks up. Here's what that covers.
Interior remodeling
Full interior renovations and single-room updates. We run the whole job under one roof: demolition, framing, the trades, and the finish work, so you're not chasing a half-dozen subs yourself.
- Kitchen remodels: cabinetry, countertops, islands, backsplash, and appliance layout
- Bathroom remodels: walk-in and tiled showers, vanities, fixtures, and waterproofing
- Flooring: tile, luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, and subfloor repair
- Drywall, interior paint, trim, and custom millwork
- Full gut renovations and dated-home modernizations
Exterior remodeling
The envelope of the house, specified for the Gulf Coast. Salt air, UV, and wind-driven rain punish cheap materials here, so we build the outside to hold up rather than fail in five years.
- Siding: fiber cement (James Hardie), vinyl, and repairs
- Impact-rated windows and exterior doors to current wind-load code
- Decks, porches, and screen enclosures
- Soffit, fascia, and gutter replacement
- Exterior paint, sealing, and waterproofing details
Room additions & build-outs
More square footage, permitted and engineered from the ground up. We tie the new structure into the existing one so the addition reads like it was always there, inside and out.
- Master suite and bedroom additions
- Garage conversions to living space
- Sunrooms and enclosed porches
- Second-story additions and reworked floor plans
- Engineered to Florida code and panhandle wind-load requirements
Commercial construction
Tenant improvements and light commercial work, sequenced around the businesses operating in them. We phase the work and keep the site clean so you can keep the doors open.
- Tenant build-outs and lease-space improvements
- Retail, office, restaurant, and industrial spaces
- ADA-compliant upgrades and accessibility work
- Light commercial new construction
- Phased scheduling around your operating hours
Storm & property restoration
When a storm does more than roof damage, we restore the whole property on a single claim. Because we carry both the roofing and general contractor licenses, we don't hand you off halfway through.
- Structural and framing repair after wind and water damage
- Water mitigation and interior rebuild
- Full exterior and interior restoration
- Insurance claim documentation and adjuster meetings
- Emergency tarp and board-up coordinated with the roof
Property improvements & repairs
The practical work that keeps a home or building in good shape, from a single fix to a full refresh. No job too small to do right, and no surprise add-ons once we're on site.
- Rot and wood-rot replacement
- Punch lists and deferred-maintenance repairs
- Pressure washing and exterior cleanup
- Fencing, small carpentry, and handyman-tier work
- Pre-sale and pre-rental refreshes
